SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We want you to be overjoyed with your print purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

    If the product is damaged in transit, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to hello@gregorydavis.com.au

    Once the damage has been verified we will issue a replacement.

    Please note that each print and frame is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind.

    Additionally, please double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect shipping details. 

  • All our fine art prints and framing are custom made by hand by our craftspeople. Production time is usually one to two weeks. Please also allow shipping time to your location.

  • See above for production times on framed prints and then allow shipping time.

    The following are current shipping estimates by State:

    QLD, NSW & VIC: 2-5 business days

    SA & TAS : 3-7 business days

    WA & NT: 5 -10 business days.

    Rural Areas: 7-14 business days

    Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods, for example Christmas and Easter.

  • We offer free delivery Australia wide on all prints and framed prints.

    We ship unframed prints internationally for a flat rate of $50.00

  • Once we have shipped your purchase, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number to track your delivery.


  • Currently we only ship our custom framed prints within Australia. However we do ship unframed prints internationally. These are carefully rolled into a kraft shipping tube for mailing. We charge a flat shipping fee of $50 for all destinations.

    Duties and Taxes
    Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the article, you are responsible for paying any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. We are unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

FRAMED FINE ART PRINTS

  • Each one of our fine art prints is produced in Australia using Archival Pigment Inks and museum-quality 230gsm premium white matte photo paper.

    Our custom-made frames are handcrafted by our selected team of master picture framers in Australia. Each frame is custom made to order using sustainably sourced timber frame mouldings. A white premium bevel-cut mat border will protect and enhance your artwork’s presentation. To protect the framed art from dust and damage we use acrylic (instead of traditional glass) due to its lighter weight, strength and level of clarity.

  • Unframed Prints

    The heavy-duty cardboard tubes we use are a premium 3mm thickness to minimise chances of crushing. We roll the prints into an environmentally friendly recycled brown kraft paper to protect the printed surface from rubbing and scuffing during shipping.

    Custom Framed Prints

    Our environmentally friendly, heavy-duty cardboard boxes are made with premium 8mm thick twin wall corrugate and are specially designed to withstand rigorous handling during shipping.

    All packaging materials used are 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable and our air pillow plastic insert is used at a minimal level.

OTHER

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST ( Goods and Services Tax). If you are purchasing prints from outside of Australia the GST will be automatically removed at checkout.

  • All rights to all the images on this site are reserved by Gregory Davis and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Images that we display on this site are for informational purposes only and may not be used in any way without Gregory Davis's prior written consent.

  • We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to the website. We will not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

    We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us unless you have joined our mailing list. You can unsubscribe to mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at hello@gregorydavis.com.au

  • When hanging your framed print ensure it is positioned out of the direct sunlight.

    Any marks or dust on the perspex or frame gently wipe using a dry microfibre cloth. Do not use cleaning chemicals or glass spray as this will potentially damage the perspex or frame.

    Unframed prints should be taken to a professional framer as soon as possible for framing with archival acid free mat board and protected by glass or perspex.

    I recommend using cotton gloves whenever touching an unframed print to protect it from finger marks.
