Native Grasses
Coffs Harbour, Australia.
Just fifteen minutes from a major regional town like Coffs Harbour you can find yourself alone on a stunning beach or headland. What captured my eye is the huge unbroken expanse of native grasses. They add a wonderful foreground texture to a muted pastel scene reminiscent of a watercolour painting. The image doesn't scream in colours, or have dramatic cliffs or angry seas - just a quiet peaceful ambience you would expect as you walk alone on a pristine beach .
