Like most Sydneysiders I have a deep childhood affection for that 30 minute ferry ride to Manly. With the announcement by the state government to replace these iconic beauties I felt a pressing need to capture the essence of their journey before they were gone. To my mind the trails of wash are a wonderful visual metaphor for that scenic journey promising fish' n' chips, seagulls, sunshine and swimming.

Printed on heavy weight premium quality matte photographic paper using genuine Epsom archival inks.
