FRAME DETAILS

Handcrafted in Australia, our custom frames are made from plantation grown, environmentally sustainable timber. We currently offer custom framing for customers within Australia only.

Framed prints are custom made with your choice of a smooth matte white finish, smooth matte black finish, or natural timber.

Our ready-to-hang gallery-style frames measure 2 cm wide on the face and 3.7 to 4 cm deep against the wall and are supplied with 2mm shatterproof clear acrylic and premium metal hangers and steel wire.

SHIPPING POLICY

All Unframed Prints and Custom Framing are made to order. Please allow up to one week for print and framing production. Then allow additional time for shipping to your location.

Shipping times to most Australian metropolitan cities is less than one week.
Allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for regional and remote locations.
We currently offer custom framing for customers in Australia Only. International orders are supplied as Unframed Prints. International Shipping (Unframed Prints Only) allow 2 to 4 weeks.
Please allow additional time during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.
If you haven't received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days before contacting us.

RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully, due to our prints and framing being made to order we have a no return, no refund policy for change of mind. We take great care to ensure all items maintain the highest quality of framing and image production. If for any reason a purchased item is not to the standard you had expected, please contact us at hello@gregorydavis.com.au within 3 days of delivery.

All our prints and frames are carefully packaged for shipping, but occasionally accidents happen. If your item arrives with shipping damage, then email us at hello@gregorydavis.com.au with photo verification and we will organise a replacement for you at no cost.
