After enduring another Sydney winter it was time to escape to the Gold Coast for a quick 5 days of sun, surf and relaxation. No time to drive, a quick flight and we were immersed in blue sky and 23° water temperature. Forget about lugging boards on flights, this time we hired great boards fromGold Coast Surfboard Hire (thanks Reagan awesome service). The Gold Coast delivered waves from 1-4 foot with Snapper Rocks putting on a show with at least 2 world champions absolutely lighting up the break.
